1 teaspoon black pepper (divided)
6 slices bacon, thick sliced, chopped
1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

Instructions:
PREP CHOPS (15 minutes):
Sprinkle pork chops with 1-1/2 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
COOK CHOPS (30 minutes):
